Reiki is a biofield therapy that stimulates the body's natural ability to heal itself, resulting in relaxation, stress reduction, and other health benefits. 

The stressors of everyday life can produce blockages and impact various aspects of our health. Reiki clears these blockages by accessing the universal 'life force.' Energy flows through the practitioner's hands to bring about healing on physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual levels.  Effective for people of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, and faiths, Reiki can release stress, relieve pain, and rebalance your energy. 

Consider Reiki if you...

Balanced energy is delivered through a set of hand positions with the practitioner placing hands lightly on, or hovering slightly above, the body. Clients are fully clothed and there is no use of oils or massage techniques during Reiki. Unable to come to an in-person Reiki appointment? Consider a "Distance Reiki" session which is provided remotely but just as effective!

In-person sessions are 45-60 minutes long and are conducted in Newburgh, NY. 

Remote sessions take approximately 45 minutes and include a follow-up call.
